Dr. Wong was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. She graduated from Edward W. Clark High School Math & Science Magnet Program and attended the University of Nevada, Reno, receiving her undergraduate degree in Cell Biology. Dr. Wong successfully completed externships at the Veterans Administration in Las Vegas, the Health Clinic at Camp Pendleton, and the Optometric Center of Los Angeles before moving back to Las Vegas to practice. She received her Doctorate of Optometry from the Southern California College of Optometry in 2008. She is board-certified in the treatment and management of ocular disease and provides a wide range of primary eye care services and contact lens services.

In her free time, she enjoys trying new restaurants, travelling, cooking and baking. She is also active in the community, volunteering for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Southern Nevada and the Kiwanis Club of Southwest Las Vegas.

Melody is a dedicated administrative and medical assistant working at Bright Eyes Optometry. She has a strong passion for helping others and brings a friendly presence to the office. Outside of her professional life, Melody enjoys spending her free time on creative hobbies such as sewing and crocheting. A lover of stories, she also reads a lot of comics, indulging in imaginative worlds and engaging narratives.

Jennis Phung is currently a third-year student at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She is pursuing her bachelor’s degree in nursing and aspires to bring a smile to each person she encounters. Jennis is the administrative and medical assistant at Bright Eyes Optometry and looks forward to meeting old and new patients in the office.

Jeffery grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma, but has also lived in Utah, California, and Washington, D.C. He is the optical manager at Bright Eyes Optometry, overseeing operations and providing exceptional service to patients. With a passion for eye care, he helps patients receive the best products and advice for their visual needs. In his free time, he enjoys playing Pokémon, reading, and spending quality time with his daughter.

Laura was born in the beautiful landscapes of Hawaii, where she fostered her love for nature and adventure. She has a deep appreciation for wildlife and a particular fascination with reptiles and invertebrates. Her nurturing spirit is showcased through her many diverse pets and lush plants in her home.

With a zest for life, Laura enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors, making every day an opportunity for exploration and growth.

Kimberly was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. She has been working at Bright Eyes Optometry since September 2017 and has loved it ever since. She started as a front desk receptionist, then moved her way back as a medical assistant and is now an optician assistant. She enjoys coming to work and meeting new people.

In her free time, she spends quality time with her family. She loves to try new foods and has a big sweet tooth. Her biggest goal in life is to travel the world with her family to create more core memories for her children.

Karina is the logistics manager at Bright Eyes Optometry. She does her best to ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. Born in Mexico, Karina brings her cultural background and strong work ethic to the clinic while contributing to a positive and productive environment. Outside of work, she is a big Disney fan and loves spending time with her family and her dog.

Meghan grew up in New Mexico before calling Las Vegas home. She has been with Bright Eyes Optometry since December 2015. One of the many reasons she enjoys working at Bright Eyes is feeling like a family. Both employees and patients are treated like they are a part of the family from the moment they walk in the door. She enjoys educating patients in the optical department on the importance of glasses (proper materials, fit and functionality) and contacts (proper wearing, cleaning and disposing).
In her spare time, Meghan loves spending time with her family, going to events, and trying new things.
